Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery is FREE on orders We only delivery to UK Mainland.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working days after the day of the order being placed (Monday to Sat). If an item is out of stock and the order cannot be shipped we will aim to contact you to advise of the delay within 2 working days. Items that are out of stock on patr shipped orders will be automatically back ordered. Back orders will be indicated in the despatch email.
We may dispatch goods either by carrier or Royal Mail depending on the weight of the consignment. Most consignments will require a signature on delivery. Goods may be left at a neighbours address provided this is indicated at the time of your order.
Missing or delayed items: Please note that we will need to wait 14 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. This is due to Royal Mail not classing an item as lost until after this period has past.
Any incorrect items must be notified within 7 working days
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. Back orders will be despatched at no extra cost when the item is back in stock.
Tax Charges
All prices are plus VAT at 17.5%. A full VAT invoice will be sent with the goods.
Please note that we will not deduct VAT on orders to the Channel Islands. This is due to us having to obtain and keep records of export so as not to be charged VAT by UK Customs. As most items are sent to the Channel Islands via Royal Mail we are unable to obtain a record of export, so UK VAT will be charged on all orders.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Boltmeup.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:

Returns Policy
Items may be returned within 31 days of purchase.
Customers must contact us via telephone or email to obtain a returns number before returning an item. No items will be accepted without a valid returns number shown on the package, items must all so be returned to the correct address that will be advised at the time of obtaining the returns number.
Full credit will be given for the product, provided they are in new, unused condition and in the sealed original packaging. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and should ensure they are securely packaged and that a proof of delivery is provided.
Please note that no charge will be made on all returns to cover the original cost of shipping and handling.
If goods are purchased by debit or credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.
Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, unless goods have been supplied in error.

For faulty goods we ask you to first contact us by email or phone so we can provide the returns address and a returns number. Customers are responsible for all to and from postage costs, in event of a warranty claim.
